i even tried to manually add path to ippicv_lnx/lib/intel64/libippicv.a via : **-L/home/user/ippicv_lnx/lib/intel64/ -lippicv**
but the error remains same.
I even tried with **cmake:

also , the missing symbols seems to be present :
