opencv_world310d.dll. Cannot find or open the PDB file

I am using W10 64 bit OS. I have installed opencv3.1.0 to my root directory C:. I am having issues with VS15 seeing the dll file. When I try to debug I get the error: Cannot find or open the PDB file. I added the path in the environment variables and also in the Visual Studio with the library,bin and dll in the linker->input. I also checked Microsoft symbol servers from Debugging->Symbols to find the PDB files. I copied the the opencv_world310d.dll where the exe file was created and in the debug folder but so far nothing worked
