I tried to run a C++ program after setting the path and properties for OpenCV in Visual Studio 2015. But I got the error as:  Which is also mentioned in the question. Here is the following code:  Can anyone suggest a solution? I even tried to run some sample codes of OpenCV but I was getting the same error.
