Face Detection and Recognition from Delphi OpenCv Delphi with MxAccess / Sqlite

I was crazy asking help for Delphi OpenCv, no answers taken from this help page, so with the help of Delphi-OpenCv from GitHub I have successfully made a face recognition from opencv2.4.13!
Question is:
What c++ IDE(codeblock,elipse,netbeans,devc++,ms visual studio) that is more help(used by others too for openCv c++) to build another package of my face recognition test in c++?
