It is fall 2008. We have a new president-elect, the holiday season is in our presence, and snow is falling here on a beautifully thick gray day in Midwest America. Normally, based on these factors-being an especial lover of gray late-autumn days--I would say things are good.

Because anti-aging begins with prevention, using a broad spectrum SUNSCREEN daily, rain or shine has been my best friend for the last 25 years along with a healthy diet and daily Best yoga exercises for weight loss practice. I began including sunscreen in my regimen at the age of 30 so it's never too late or too early to begin leading a healthy lifestyle. As for skincare products, sunscreen is the most effective anti-aging product. It's all about consistency, following a regimen and allowing it time to work. I'm all about maintenance. Always include SPF, anti-oxidants, peptides and exfoliation as part of your skincare regimen. The only way to see a visible result is to follow a quality skincare regimen which will change the behavior and appearance of your skin. And remember, it is possible to achieve radiant skin at any age.
When it comes to eating clean, I definitely haven't been the most perfect eater in the world. Right now I'm at a stage in my training and at a place with my physique where I can generally eat anything I want, but I do it in moderation. Do I pig out on pizza? No. Do I enjoy a slice or two on every trip to NYC? Yeah! If I've got a serious craving for something sweet do I go eat two bowls of ice cream? No. I wouldn't be able to stop pooping my pants if I did that so it's not worth it to me! Will I enjoy some almond butter or some dark chocolate? Fo' sho!
Make it a habit to drink ample of water, as water is the mainly important element of existing. 75% of our body contains water, thus it is essential to keep our body hydrated. Water relieves the blood cells to get to all organs efficiently. It also maintains the organs hydrated. Hop your each day intake of tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, and alcohol and swap them with lime water, fresh juice of fruits, vegetables, and butter milk.
Radiant skin is a reflection of good health which begins with your diet. I choose to stay away from sugar which can effect skin, binding to collagen and elastin fibers, breaking down elasticity.
For inspiration, I recommend that you consistently feed your inspiration to live healthy and improve your body inside and out. To do this, I recommend you get books, magazines, visit blogs, watch movies, get pictures and/or paintings, etc. that all have to do with living healthy.

In addition, moisturizers and foundations are absorbed by the skin, so they are by nature less effective at sitting on the skin's surface as sunscreens are.
