Using python/c++ code how to identify face shapes and build 3d model

HI, My requirement is i need to identify face parameters (shape of face,shape of eyebrows & shape of nose ) from the given 2d images or using camera and construct 3d face model. Please suggest the possible way to achieve the same. Thanks vijay
