How to use video writer from 3.1.0 in 2.4.13?
Have built library with cmake and visual studio 2014/x64 but only 310/2413.jar file and no 310/2413.dll and no Java folder in build folder.
I need answer how to use video writer in open cv 2.4.13 from someone who has made it work.
I use net beans and Java. Video writer works fine with 3.1.0 but 3.1.0 is expererimental lacks certain motion detecting features present in 2.4.13. Building 3.1.0 with extra modules contrib and visual studio just fails and fails and fails.
Have you made video writer work with 2.4.13 I would like answer from you.
